Facilitation
We provide team coaching and facilitation to senior leadership teams across the public, private and arts sectors of New Zealand. Our Project Gap framework (Context, Clarity, Commitment and Critique) enables freedom within a framework to build team consensus on context, depth of understanding, expectations of behaviour, roles and responsibilities.
Depending on team needs, bespoke coaching and facilitation sessions have included strategic planning, team development, wellbeing and resilience, goal setting, courageous conversations, leadership authenticity, delegation and ‘letting go’, building creative conflict, moving from technical to strategic and leading a values-based team or organisation.
Getting below the surface is best done through sitting with better questions:
Potential - What is really possible and what do we want?
Vision – What does greatness look like?
Strategy – What problems are the most important?
Performance – How do we find calm in the discomfort?
Leadership – How do we delegate authority (not just tasks)?
Connection – How do we look after each other?
Creativity – How do we trial and error to improve?
Fun – Is it a good time working here?
Facilitation tends to be most effective when run in person but we regularly use Zoom, Teams or Google Meet.
