I run an 8-month leadership development programme called Antihero Academy. The programme enables leaders time to reflect on an evidence-based approach to self and finding comfort in the discomfort of performing, relating, leading and creating.

The programme is built for 16-20 participants who are committed to a leadership development experience focused on enabling indepth awareness and tools for comfort in the discomfort.
