Facilitation

I provide facilitation services to Boards, senior leadership teams and leaders wanting some objectivity to their team days.

The work depends on the needs of the team; and each session is bespoke designed; but might include outcomes around context, clarity, belonging, commitment, connection, inclusivity, creativity and feedback.

Programme

I deliver an 8-month Antihero Masterclass Programme that builds participants’ habits across five critical leadership development areas: Performance (delivering consistently under pressure), relationship (approaching problems and conflict), leading clarity (during complexity), creativity (building psychological safety and a permission culture), and finding meaning from adversity (and stumbling on happiness, awe, beauty, joy and fun).

The programme uses a series of linked masterclasses, action-learning groups and peer coaching but is flexible enough to provide for the bespoke leadership needs of each client. Masterclasses are delivered in person using two half-days each month; or online using shorter 90-120 minute Zoom, Teams or Google Meets.
