Each year I work with a small group of clients who want to work on changing an aspect of their performance, relationships, leadership or creativity.
Most of this work is about making conscious the client’s hidden expectations of themselves and others; redefining these; and building habits and a tribe that enable real change. The work requires a little grit, but what good work doesn’t?
Coaching programmes tend to begin with an 8-session package of two 90-minute sessions, followed by six 60-minute sessions.
